You always just stumble upon the best sites. I happened to be looking for a Internet Service Provider and stumbled across this one http://www.getisp.info/. This page blew me away on how much info they actually had. It took me hours to find what scraps of info I had found else where. You might ask why am I looking for a ISP. Well I work from a laptop, and I’m a little tired of having to find hot spots, so I just started searching.
This page really put me at ease once i got to digging. Something cool I found was a section on the history of the Internet. It goes all the way back to 1958 when the first commercial modem was released, and gets into all the details of the Internet’s history. Check it out on this page http://www.getisp.info/history-internet.html. This page also helped me compare all the different Internet service providers and helped me find the best deal for me, as a individual with needs that might not be the same as the average person.
Something else that I have been wondering about was this VOIP providers. These providers set up a plan where you can make phone calls from pc to pc, or pc to phone. It’s really cool cause the calls cost next to nothing compared to your average phone bill. You can find all the info you need on this service at http://www.getisp.info/voip-providers.html. This site also has tips on making your computer run better and other performance based tips at this page http://www.getisp.info/speed-up/. I hope this page helps the next person as much as it did me.

Alright, if you have read the other post in regards to this issue, then you know that I advised paying for the Internet over cable. Here’s something that can make your Internet even better. On most computers you can have two monitors.
You can use your TV as your second monitor, as long as your computer and TV have a s-video plug. Most flat HD TVs have a few ways you can achieve this with the diffrent kinds of plug ins they have. Having your TV as your second monitor, you can drag video players into the screen and watch TV on the Internet.

I am a pretty “connected” person. I have friends all over the world at this point. Sometimes it is hard for me to keep in touch with my loved ones that do not live in this country. The Internet is a wonderful tool, however, I do love to hear the sound of a friends voice once in a while.
This is where calling cards come in handy. Calling cards can get you much better rates on phone calls made to other countries. These calls are made for cents on the dollar. They even have unlimited calls to London with a card that I found here http://www.getmecallingcards.com. This site gives you a search engine that points you toward a card that matches the country that you are trying to reach. How cool is that!

I honestly believe that if you have the internet that you never need to pay for cable ever again. There are so many sites that have video content, such as www.youtube.com or www.hulu.com. Everyone knows what knows what youtube is, but Hulu.com has about 300 shows, from stations such as FOX, NBC, and Universal.
This site has full episodes of some really great shows like Family Guy, The Simpsons, 30 Rock, The Office, and even The Colbert Report. The list goes on and on. So for all of those people with cable and internet that are hurting for money get rid of your cable. You can watch all your favorite shows on the internet.

I have an aunt that was never good with money or credit cards. About a month ago she was at her wits end when it came to her bills. All her credit cards were maxed out and all her bills were due. She needed someone to turn to. None of our family had any experience in this field so we told her to go to a place that does debt consolidation.
My aunt is not very Internet savvy so she asked me to look online and find a site that would point her in the right direction. I found debtconsolidation.com, a web site that deals with debt consolidation, bankruptcy cases, and home mortgages. If you need any advice on these subjects this is the site to visit.
