Published by Joe at 9:48 am under Environment, Money, News

If you are like me you know that there are different kinds of sugar. We are all familiar with what most people refer to as just “sugar,” “white” sugar, or “pure” sugar. There is also “sugar in the raw,” which is darker in color and come in larger grains. To get the white grains of sugar the raw product goes through a rigorous refining process. When done with this process it becomes ICUMSA 45 or Brazilian Sugar.

Brazilian Sugar is the final product of the refinement process and can be found all over the world. If you are interested in learning more about ICUMSA 45 and the other forms of sugar and how they are made visit www.icumsa45.com. This site is informative and easy to use. Just mouse over the type of sugar you want to learn about and click.
