I am a person that likes to know how things work, especially in the human mind and body. That is why when I stumbled across the heart library I was excited to share this site with others. Cardiac Arrest doesn’t run in my family, but I do have a couple of nervous disorders and stress is something that can bring on a heart attack. The heart library has plenty of interactive video that provide information on the heart, how it works, some of the things that can go wrong, and how to prevent them.
